Interim Manager (m/f/d)
for national and international assignments
Successfully completed degree as engineer / industrial engineer or comparable
At least 10 years of professional experience (of which at least 5 years management experience e.g. as plant manager, production manager, logistics manager, CEO, CFO, COO, etc.) in industry, consulting or interim management with industry experience in industries relevant to us.
In-depth knowledge in the development and implementation of lean processes across the entire value chain in manufacturing companies
High analytical, methodological and conceptual skills
Good understanding of corporate management and application of appropriate tools for financial and business planning
Convincing and professional appearance in combination with high customer orientation
Depending on interim mandate: willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Description of the role
Interim assignments at C-Level or in a management function or as a technical expert (e.g. for digitalization, I 4.0, Business Intelligence etc.) for medium-sized and corporate clients in a wide range of sectors
Operational implementation of the identified potentials with the client
Controlling of realized effects vs. plan and development of corrective measures
Training and coaching of the client in the applied methods (e.g. Lean or Six Sigma) for the development of appropriate competencies
